Sayuri hasn’t crushed his balls for some time and is open about how much she enjoys ballbusting (but can only talk in Japanese). She sometimes ballbusts family members or friends but they are usually upset when she does this, as you’d expect.
She starts off rather abruptly kicking him in the balls with a quick knee and squeeze here and there. After this, she uses a hairdryer to whack him in the balls and the cord. She hits his hands a few times as she misses or he’s trying to protect himself. The unorthodox methods of crushing his balls continues as she pushes a hair brush into his balls with her hands and then uses chopsticks to hack at them. Sayuri increases the number of chopsticks, where some have broken under the pressure and continues to twist and crush his balls with them. After this, she uses the hairbrush, places it over his groin and crushes it by leaning over him with her knee, sandwiching the hairbrush between her knee and his balls. She then stands up and does the same with her foot, applying as much pressure to his groin as she can.
There are a few pauses without action in this part of the clip as she thinks of ways to crush his balls. Sayuri continues by standing over him and pressing the hairbrush between her foot and his balls, crushing them in the process. After this, she uses her hands to push down in the same manner. She then gets some chopsticks to use as pincers and attacks his balls simultaneously from either side. She then spends some time with a bottle opener, first using the cork twister and then the end to remove lids. She next uses a clawed hair clip to squeeze his groin, exerting extra crushing with her hands. She finally goes back to the hairbrush and pushes it into his groin.
She continues by using a small plastic stand to crush and twist his groin. She then suddenly lunges forwards onto his balls scaring and hurting him. She then gets the idea to cover his face with a pillow cover so he can’t see as she busts his balls. He seems very frightened and can’t cope with it so she doesn’t get much ballbusting in as he’s a bit too scared. She does get him a few times though. After this she uses a coat hanger to twist his balls and finishes off by putting the now rather broken hair brush over his balls and stands over it crushing his groin one last time.
